Hello, first of all thank you for your open source. I noticed that these two papers[53,54] seemed to use MIMIC II data, but when you cited them, you said they used MIMIC III data. I would like to ask what the difference is.

[53] M. Kachuee, M. M. Kiani, H. Mohammadzade, and M. Shabany, “Cuffless high-accuracy calibration-free blood pressure estimation using pulse transit time,” in 2015 IEEE international symposium on circuits and systems (ISCAS). IEEE, 2015, pp. 1006–1009.

Multi-parameter Intelligent Monitoring in Intensive Care (MIMIC) II online waveform database [9] provided by Phy- sioNet organization is used in this paper as the reference database.

[54] M. Kachuee, M. M. Kiani, H. Mohammadzade, and Shabany, “Cuffless blood pressure estimation algorithms for continuous health-care monitoring,” IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering, vol. 64, no. 4, pp. 859–869, 2016.

In this paper, the Physionet’s multiparameter Intelligent Mon- itoring in Intensive Care (MIMIC) II (version 3, accessed on September 2015) online waveform database [20] is used as a source for the ECG and PPG signals as well as the arterial blood pressure (ABP) signal.

In your paper:

In this work, we utilized the data compiled from MIMIC-III by Kachuee et al. [53]-[54].

Hi @HQ-LV , thank you for your interest in our project. Apologies for the confusion, it seems to be a typo and we used the processed MIMIC II dataset shared by Kachuee et al

In the original version, it was written MIMIC II (https://arxiv.org/abs/2005.01669v1). Sorry, I was not that involved in the revision.
