Prints a warning in the mission log that double action cards from the expansion is required when selecting a Double action mission.

The warning is cleared once the mission starts.

What do you think about this change? The screen will now look like this after you select a double action mission:

I can probably get a german translation of the new string if you think the patch is good.

Looks good, I wonder if it should be replaced once started though. So doesn't stay in mission log. I guess not big deal either way though. Please get german translation somehow and I will merge. (We can do a duolingo request if need be).
