Need details on setting up the keystore.properties file #395

The readme file needs to be updated with detailed instructions on how to set up the configuration for the keystore.properties file.

It will be helpful if the following are addressed :

  1. How to generate various SSL and aws keys?
  2. What is expected under the different API urls and endpoints?
