Where you able to get it resolved?

HunterADyer commented 4 years ago

I was encountering similar issues, but on a device that had no BlueTooth capabilities. Do you have BlueTooth capabilities on your device?

devmanning commented 4 years ago

Hi, I have both blue tooth & location .I enabled both, the issue is while registering, I am unable to key in the otp as the app seems to hang.I have deleted and reinstalled a couple of times now, still not resolved.

There is some error logging you in

As per screen - Network signals are missing!

To work this step out, it requires below steps to pass:

Hello, In my past 4 communication with your help centre the same suggestion has been provided & I tried it.The issue is not connection or permissions ,blue tooth, location, data all have been activated & the app has been given permission. The issue is, its not connecting to your server to proceed further for registration. As in my last screen shot I provided,I explained saying that the Force stop option is grayed out,to me it means the app is not getting installed properly.I have since tried & reinstalled it 3 times & it still doesn't work.

I took the screenshot a little later, so the lack of network signal was a temporary issue when taking the screenshot. I had a network signal and received other sms when I was trying to sign up.

Will try again to check if I enabled all permissions, I did allow anything that was asked during install/launching the app.

I still see this issue happening

Well even after one full year, I am still facing this issue. Downloaded the latest version of the app available on playstore.

Aarogya Setu App version: 2.0.3 Mobile Model name: Redmi 9A (M20006C3LI) Android version: 10 QP1A.190711.020

I tried logging in using wifi as well as mobile data. Granted all 3 permissions to the app (Camera, Storage and Location). Tried resetting the date and time in my phone as per network provided time. Also, tried the same with couple of other phones at home but facing the same issue for all of them.

Seems like there has been no fix for this issue.

Also, would suggest to provide specific error messages when there is a issue logging in. How is one suppose to debug/resolve the issue just by seeing "There is some error logging you in" ?

The error message is vague and does not give any information for identifying the root cause.

The issue still persists on the latest version. No actual reason for the error. Vague description. This issue should be a top priority, primarily because people use it to show vaccination status while travelling.
