Please help to understand contact tracing functionality in arogya setu #522

I have seen only insertNearbyDetectedDeviceInfo methods for saving scanned device data in room db but where it goes ? Where they sync these records as i have not seen use of getAllNearbyDevices() of BleutoothDataDao.java and why the device.getAddress is not saved in db? ... ... plz help me to clear my concept. thank you
