Screenshot_20210121-125803__01 Please check the screenshot - I have got an active China virus infected patient in my building but his status is shown as not known ever since he has changed his handset...the infected person detected alert Bluetooth contact was with his old handset...

This is a bug. Please rectify it by adding a handset change mechanism.
