CE crashes after main menu appears... #64

What did the Exception Report say (if this was on Windows)? Include Fault
Executable Name and Offset.
None

What steps will reproduce the problem? If this happened in a command line
program, GIVE US THE COMMAND LINE ARGUMENTS YOU USED!
1.Install CE and OS
2.Run it,with -window,-devmode,-console and -no_os_gfx in the shortcut
3.Wait for game to load and crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the game not to crash.
Game crashes after the main menu appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3.0.3,on Vista SP1

Please provide any additional information below. E.g. PC specs
Used a program that is known to have conflicts with OS (HAC 2)
However,HAC was removed prior to installing OS.
Dump included...

os worked before i uninstalled it a couple of weeks ago.

-no_os_gfx indicates this is an unreleased version of OS, where did you get 
this from?

Since this is an unreleased version (or a self-build) we cannot provide support 
for it. You should uninstall it and wait for 3.1.0 to be released.

It wasnt relased until a few hours ago, u were using an unreleased build
