Issue with crashreport #80

I'm one of the candidates to test OS 3.1.1

I've encountered a small bug with OS and tool.
If you cancel your tool command (CTRL+C), a error report will pop-up saying 
that there was a crash.

This shouldn't happen, canceling a command isn't an exception.

I've added the crash report as attachment.
