halo ce gathering exeption data after instal OS #97

What did the Exception Report say (if this was on Windows)? Include Fault
Executable Name and Offset.

What steps will reproduce the problem? If this happened in a command line
program, GIVE US THE COMMAND LINE ARGUMENTS YOU USED!
1.install halo ce
2.install patch 1.09
3.install OS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

OS 3.1
windows 7 home premium 32-bit
halo ce 1.09

Please provide any additional information below. E.g. PC specs
prosessor: Genuine Intel(R)2160 1.80GHZ (2 CPUs)
Memory:2.5gb (1gb usable)
hard drive: 76.5gb
video card:Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family

I tried 5 times re-install OS, and halo ce, don't work..

You have a d3d9.dll in your Halo CE directory. OS no longer replaces d3d9 so 
that is not part of the OS installation and may be causing conflicts.
