Area topo shows 'route count' instead of 'area count'

What happened? Open a topo with (sub)areas

The topos says "Routes: x" However, the list are not routes, but areas.

It should read "Areas: x" if anything. Can probably also be skipped for areas.

We had the similar issue in case of Valencia artificial walls. The reason of this is that we calculate and shoe there every sub-item of the routecount.

Suggested solution: if not EVERY item of the routecount is a route, we write there "Areas" instead of the existing "Routes". Is this ok?
