Map: combine premium crags with free crags #31

Even though I understand that both originate from supposedly different sources, it would be great to link them internally in a way that only one node is shown in the map. When selecting it, a screen could let the user decide which of both to use.

We will check this, how can we build in a switch in the common crags. (However, the data overlap is close to zero, as we have boulder crags mostly in our database).

It's not the data overlap. The problem I see is that people might be pissed when they click on e.g. Magic Wood and see only the premium paywalled front page, while indeed there is additional free content for everybody somewhere else. This is not intuitive.

In any case, as there are not that many premium crags it should't be too hard to associate them by hand.

We modified the search list, now both databases are available in the search list.
