Pre-load tags for offline / offline mode display #99

What happened?

Download a boulder field for offline use
Go into Airplane mode
Restart the app
Open the downloaded area
Browse topos

Topos images should be there but are not

Example url(s) to reproduce the problem: Xativa / La Bola

What you expected:

[ ] Topo images visible in offline mode when I download an area

This will be fixed but in the the life release this will be available to supporters only!

Here are a couple of more issues with offline mode:

[x] Tags with 404
[x] Sector preview image with 404
[x] Route list topo icon with 404 (though I find that preview image anyhow questionable on the route list)
[ ] offline banner covers menu by ca. 2/3

Offline download problem fixed. In case if the crag has not been opened before, the index images in the menu will not load for offline usage. We changed the "error 404" image to a default icon and climbing photo.

The red offline message will be like this, we do not modify the whole screen ratio now. In a later release we can fix it, it users dont like.

Please check this issue and close if everything works well.
