Side navbar on desktop view #122

On desktop view, menu drawer /nav items should be displayed as an 'aside' permanent drawer

bottom nav bar should only be shown on mobile for authorized users

instead of having the permanent drawer on larger screens only and the temp one on mobile screens, I'm just permanently doing the temp version and burring the pages while drawer is active. Why not let the user's preference decide?
