Added GNU license to the metadata file #59

As part of OSDC course, I added more information to the metadata file to appear on the website of pypi.org Mentor: @szabgab

I am now just reading up again of the various changes for PEP 518, PEP 621 and PEP 660 - still deciding to what extend I should restructure the project metadata to align to the latest proposals. A nice summary is also presented here.

Will leave this PR on ice for a while until I do more homework.
