Robert: To finish core map/geo I would like to see saved user routes and some sort of system for people to view popular routes.
Vincent Lim: You seem to have your core map interactions complete. It would be cool if your "You are here" sign is a little person biking. I would like to see drop down search filters while searching locations (Like how google maps does it), but it isn't necessary.
Sean: The map should be enlarged and it should display routes in consideration to allow users to better visualize multiple paths.
Ruoqi Liu: Almost whole core map interaction has been done pretty well with real data. For next, I want to see the display of bike riding view and implementation of "You are Here" on map.
Team K8
Sandra: Feedback I gave in person included adding icons to the start/finish text fields, adding a column for adding multiple stops, changing the "YOU ARE HERE" on the map to a pin, highlighting the route on the map and indicate the start/finish, and adding screens to the video to indicate turns in the route. Looking forward to see what you add to the map functionality next week!
Ryan: Loved the progress thus far, super great app. In the next iteration, I would like to see the ability to add sub-destinations, as well as features to identify dangerous parts of the route (potholes, left turns, steep hills, etc)
Yacoub: I like the side by side display of the street view and the map. A collaborative way to improve maps similar to waze may be ambitious and out of scope, but it would be even more useful for bicyclists as public roads are not optimized for them and community knowledge may be especially helpful.
Greg: I think to add to the core functionality, they should create a way to input destinations on the map itself, as well as being able to input multiple locations. The video, when it plays, is too fast initially. The controls for the video are not explicit on the page either. Adding the directions would be a great addition to page. Its one thing to know how the route looks, its another to actually know the route. The UI will then need some work. If there is gonna be map functionality for the user to give input, the map shouldnt be too small.
