One Big Happy Family (K8) Greg: I wish there was a way to use to input my own route, that uses Google's autocomplete ;) . I think the UI should emphasize that input feature before showing existing searches. For the existing searches, I wonder if it is doable for the main page to prioritize searches that originate from the users current location. This could be done through using Google's geolocation service to determine the user's current location. I think when you are on the page for a route, the function to make a new search should be somewhere, but maybe not as visible as it currently is. Possibly, it can be a drop down or modal. Some of the directions that are given with the routes can be really long, maybe they should be added into a scrollable section. Could it even scroll along with video and highlight the current action the video is doing. If there is gonna be a rating system, the rating should be shown on the summary of first page. I think the layout of the pages are good so far, some formatting in order to get everything to fit without needing to scroll initially would be helpful. The header could become a little smaller.
Yacoub: The website seems to function really well on mobile. When I click on a route, I see that I'm supposed to enter my start and end locations. I'm not sure why that is since I clicked on a route called "UCSD to Tacos El Gordo." The way the map syncs with the video is awesome.
Ryan: When I get to the website, I'm not entire sure what I'm supposed to do right away. I like how the pin changes as the video of the route progresses when I'm on a route page. I wasn't clear what the plus button on the page would do until I clicked on it.
Sandra: I like the addition of routes that are already created and viewable since it demonstrates to the user what the app is capable of before they try to search something. Having it take up the entire opening page though is information overload. My suggestion for a next step would be to make a landing page where there are 3 premade routes to view and having the search function being the most prominent thing on the page. The UX with viewing the video could be improved since it's not clear which arrow key speeds up or slows down until I try it. Maybe creating buttons for those functionalities would be helpful. Also unclear on the point of the 5 star rating of a route. Is that supposed to be internal feedback for the dev team or to let people know of how good a route is for biking? The latter seems to sort of undermine the point of your app since people have different preferences when it comes to biking so that's why they would want to view the route themselves rather than see an arbitrary rating from someone else.

Robert: I like that the map and the streetview is on the same screen because this gives me an idea of where the picture was taken and what I'm looking at, but I wish that they were visible at the same time. Maybe the routing could be moved to the top bar since there is currently nothing up there to free up space and the map/streetview were side by side.
Vincent Lim: I wish your UI did this:
Sean Gao: I wish the black navigation bar served some purpose besides linking to an apparently nonfunctional login screen. I wish the home page were a blank-slate version of one of the preset routes instead of a listing of preset routes. I wish the preset list were accessible through some other screen, and that the rating for each route could be seen without going to each individual page. I wish the arrow key controls for route playback were more explicitly explained.
Ruoqi Liu: I wish your UI did this: For homepage, a search box could be added for users to search for destination or route. Also, add button to delete stops. The instructions of using space and arrows keys could be more obvious, like it can be added on the preview video.
