This PR fixes https://github.com/niccholaspage/Fe/issues/40 by using a Pinger which pings all SQL Connections once a Minute.

Also fixed a NPE where unboxing an Double caused it to crash. Fixes https://github.com/niccholaspage/Fe/issues/34
