Add glitter effect #110

Where the palette is, there should be something which allows areas to glitter. Scrolling up and down.

I have the same kind of issue/bug with the palette function.

Before opening the palette : photo_2022-03-02_19-36-38

Then I choose a color.

Then after choosing a color :

I have less color and not the one I picked up in the palette

uh, yes, I also saw that once. Can you write which Android devices you are using? Do you rotate the screen? Since I cannot build the app at the moment, I welcome you download the source and install it and build it.
