Updated all the HTML pages to contain stylesheets #15

Added stylesheet links

@nadia39 This adds links to the css files. They should start with /static/css/, I guess and be in the static folder/css, so they can get loaded.

In general, I recommend, you install the project you contribute to on your computer. Only small contributions will work over the github website. Let me know if you need help with the installation. https://github.com/niccokunzmann/first_timer_scraper#installation should explain it but if it does not, you can tell me, so I can improve it. Without you telling me this, I can not really imagine what a new-comer needs to contribute.
