Add Changelog to F-Droid

f-droid.org allows supplying a changelog url. https://fdroid.gitlab.io/fdroid-website/docs/Build_Metadata_Reference/#Changelog

• [x] generate a changelog from the master branch
• [x] serve the changelog, e.g. from a github pages branch
• [x] add a link to the f-droid metadata https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/merge_requests/5429

Suggestion:

• We can also use a static html page which loads all commits from the github api. commits
