Documentation Translation #353

It is nice to translate the project into different languages. The basics for this are already achieved.

What needs deciding is how to translate the markdown documents:

  1. add them to weblate
  2. just use github

We will need to find a way to add the templates so that they work with weblate if we want to use this. It will be hard to maintain a lot of translations just on the base of github. Also translations that are done via github will not be recognised by weblate.
