It would be nice to
[x] have the person glow
[x] have the person change colour with the chakra
[x] have the chakras brighter - adjusted colours
[x] make the chakras buttons in the UI
[x] add a glow behind the chakra if it is activated
[x] add a glow behind the chakra background when the chakra is making a sound
