Add LICENSE to build artifacts

The license should be copied into

• [ ] The app, in an about page
• [ ] The Linux release zip
• [ ] The web build

All of them also require a text for the release that is generated that includes:

• the license short version
• the link to the repository
• the link to the repository with the release
• the issue tracker
