cant connect to gateway m1s - Unknown error occurred

hey @niceboygithub,

thanks for your great project! With your help i could enable telnet manually and flash the custom firmware to my hub.

Unfortunately i still cant connect my hub to home assistant.

I always get this error:

{'code': -9999, 'message': 'user ack timeout'}

I get the same error when i try some commands with miio cli like to enable developer mode.

I'm using the aqara hub m1s, chinese version with firmware: 4.0.6_0006.0646_mi_4.0.4_0006

After some time, restarts and retries it worked.
