Need help resetting telnet on m2 global 4.0.8_0006.0650 #252

I can not reset telnet password for my m2 global using gateway-global-tool. At the step of sending bin file nothing happened. I wait about 30 minutes and no luck. Current firmware is 4.0.8_0006.0650. Am I doing anything wrong?

type: lumi.gateway.iragl7, model: AH_M2_BLE

update tera term to 5.2 solved the issue
