Crashing on everything but CCminer #1020

My 7x 1070 rig keeps crashing every time I try to mine any other hash besides anything that uses CCminer. I have also tried claymore but that crashes on creating the DAG. I have plenty of power and am not overclocking. I have created a 16GB Pagefile for virtual memory. I am not sure anymore as I feel like I have tried everything. Also keep getting the "not enough virtual memory" error but I have tried increasing the page file to 60GB and it still says it.... EDIT: Did a lot more testing last night and 6 GPUs work completely fine. As soon as you add a 7th, the computer crashes. It is not a GPU problem either as any of the GPUs can be the 7th.

is this windows 10? from some information i've read, no version of windows exists yet that can do more than 6 cards.

This is Windows 10. 7 cards works perfectly with all the algorithms that use CCminer.
