[Feature Request] Option to prevent "Idle Mining" when fullscreen application is running. #1057

It would be nice to have an option to prevent "Idle Mining" when a fullscreen application is running.
That way miners won't try to run while you're watching a movie, playing video games, etc.

you can add -paremetrs to all miners no one will make this for you sorry
