Xmr cpu stak single thread no affinity #1182

Running nicehash and xmr is supposed to be mined on cpu but to no avail. Have fixed mem alloc and lock pages problems so is supposed to be fine but the error of "starting single thread, no affinity" keeps the miner from working correctly. I have tried affining in the config.txt but overwrites my work as soon as it launches. This entire problem causes me to have 0 hash speed but cpu usage is 100%. Sometimes the hashpower flares up for a second and a result is accepted by the pool but as i said no stable hashpower. I saw that running the xmr cpu stak exe as admin makes the cores affine but it doesnt connect with the config file or the gui miner if i manually launch it. All privelages have been set so i am at witt's end. Any help from anyone @fireice_uk reffered me here.

config_0.txt and make it read only

@008 i changed the config_0.txt read only and nothing changed. Still getting the single thread no affinity issues

@008 wait i understood now and it now says starting double thread and affines the cores but still no stable hashrate.. that normal?
