lbry miner crashes nvidia driver when it switches to other miner #1200

I'm having problem when lbry miner switches to other miner it crashes nvidia drivers 90% of the times. It only happens when the lbry miner turns off. while mining its just fine. no problems whit other miners. same problem whit legacy 1.7.5.13 and new hashminer 2.0.0.8. After it happens miner dont see the card anymore and just tries to restart the miner

Same with us it literally just happened for seconds ago.

Still no reply from the devs.

Same issue here, also with Lyra2REv2, I've just disabled both of them at this point.
