Nicehashminer 2.0.0.11 Stuck on spinning wheel at launch

Nicehash miner 2 version 2.0.0.11

gets stuck here on two different machines immediately after install?

Have tried to problem slove with tech support but no solution found.

Edit: I tried downloading version 2.0.0.12 and it gives me the same issue. I literally formatted and installed a fresh new OS and still nothing, just spins. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Same here, fresh install on Windows 10 Education 64-bit 2.0.0.7 does start but won't detect the CPU.

It does! Won't detect my 770 now though.

restart then check device manager to make sure the drivers are still installed and working you could also look in this directory(C:\Program Files\NiceHash Miner 2\utils) and try running the CudaDeviceDetection

Did anyone find the solution to this? I am having the same issue. Tried to solve by running in windows 8 compatibility move however I am facing the same issue of my GPU not being detected.
