Some Suggestions! #1224

Been using the miner for a couple of days now, these 2 things would be very useful:

1) Benchmark from a mining session. My actual hashrates are all higher than the benchmark predictions. Pulling data from a much longer session would fix this!

2) Allow users to allocate a percentage of the hardware to mine with. I'd like a easy setting where I could use something like 70% of my gpu.

Those would be really nice! 👍 I have a third one.

  1. Automatic mining pause&start should have more options. Like if sound is playing dont start or if you have a fullscreen aplication running. So i can watch movies and youtube without the miner making everything choppy if i dont touch the mouse.

I would imagine these are very easy to implement?

Even better could be the possibility to change hardware allocation based on algorithm. eg. I noticed with my GTX 970 that I can mine and use my pc with no lag with Equihash, but if the miner switches to Decred or Lyra2rev2 my desktop becomes really laggy.
