Fan Control Temperature not working #1489

I´m using 10 GPU Nvidia 1080 Ti and I using NHM v.2.0.1.11 Beta, and I set to Fan Control Temperature on but the fan speed is too low with high temperatures. For example to a 50ºC temp. the fan is with 25% of speed, about 1000RPM. I need to set the speed to a static value (100%) for every temperature. Can anybody help me?

use open hardware monitor http://openhardwaremonitor.org/ manually set fans to 0-100%
