Cannot Mine Cryptonightv7 on AMD GPU's?? #1496

I have a small rig running win 10, with a gtx 1050ti, rx 580, rx 560 mining on NHML 1.9.0.0. My problem is that ONLY my AMD cards fail to mine cryptonightv7 and it doesn't switch automatically. My GTX 1050ti works fine. When I fire up cryptonightv7 it will say Warning: AMD device not found Warning: backend AMD disabled ERROR: No miner backend enabled

And it will just sit there on that screen and not change algorithm or anything. Since the issues, I Uninstaller and reinstalled AMD 18.2.1 drivers with no luck. Anyone have any ideas what's going on?

my x1700 does it, but compare to intel cpus it seems to have they decreased. smells like optimisation for that.
