Ethereum Mining - No Payments #54

Running version 1.3.01, Windows 10, Radeon R9 290x, Crimson Drivers 16.150.0.0 and the miner mines but the NiceHash Miner doesn't show any value being earned.

The logfile shows the miner keeps restarting as well. Any ideas?

It means that somehow the miner is not submitting any shares.. could you run it manually and see if that works? If you don't know how then I'll guide you..

I tried manual using the following command and it seems to work without any errors. It looks like it's mining but after 20-30 minutes there are still no payments listed in the nicehash.com ethereum interface.

ethminer.exe -G -F http://ethereum.usa.nicehash.com:3500/n1c3-MYBITCOINADDRESS.worker1/17 --dag-dir data\AMD_OpenCL

When a share is found, what should I be seeing in the ethminer window? I don't see anything that says success or share found like when mining with sgminer

@2082615 I'm not sure what problem you are having as there is no ethereum support on NiceHashMiner for NVIDIA2.1 devices..

@adamwestland please email your btc address and log file to nhm@nicehash.com .. if there is a share found.. this is how it looks.. also.. make sure when it is starting that it is actually using the right GPU.. sometimes it MIGHT be running on some other GPU (integrated?).. just saying.. image

BTC address emailed. I don't ever see that section for solution found. I have tried downgrading the drivers to 15.7.1 and still have the same issue as well. I only have one GPU and I can see that the gpu is being used from GPU-Z. It's just not submitting the shares for some reason.

Could you run it again and wait for about 15 minutes or longer.. just to make sure.. sometimes it takes a while.. and does you ethminer get any of those "Got work package:" message? A screenshot would be appreciated.. (:

I was able to fix this by changing the default value for EthMinerGraceAPI from 2 minutes to 10 minutes so that the program wouldn't keep restarting.
