Windows 7 - AMD RX 480 - NiceHash does not recognize the RX480. #873

Greetings,

Hitting some trouble with my system.

Details: Windows 7 Dual E5-2760 CPUs AMD RX 480 (with PCI x16 to PCI x1 converter)

Operating System is running fine. AMD RX 480 driver is installed fine with driver version 22.19.165.1 installed.

However, when opening up NiceHash, I only see my two processors and not the video card.

I have tried a few times to install or use other drives, but to no avail.

Please help, and thank you in advanced.

@akopinoy88 Download the current latest version. In it there is a check_all_AMD.bat script. Run that script and post the debug_all_out_AMD.txt file here.

Since the original message, these are the steps I have done with my machine.

1 - reformat Windows 7 from scratch. 2 - installed the driver version '21.19.160.257' 3 - Jumped the PCI x8 slot as recommended by "https://www.gobitgo.com/articles/1001/How-To-Correctly-Use-and-Install-PCI-E-Riser-Cables/" 4 - Installed newest version of NiceHash
