Launch opencl.dll error cannot be found #877

Running Server 2016 you receive the error OpenCL.dll cannot be found

Workaround: After the miner has downloaded the miners, go to .\bin\ethminer and copy the OpenCL.dll to where NiceHashMiner.exe is

@computeronix Disable AMD Device detection to get around this error. (This is a temporary workaround solution)

I disabled the AMD device detection in /configs/General.json but still getting the same error. OpenCL.dll is nowhere to be found. This only happened after I updated Windows 10

Disabling AMD device detection fixed the issue for me on Windows 10.
