Need to update your "recommended driver version" #945

For AMD, 15.7.1 is not a good choice - it gives noticeably lower performance on many cards for any usage where it works at all, and it DOES NOT SUPPORT THE FURY/FURYX/NANO OR RX SERIES CARDS AT ALL. It was the best version PRIOR TO 15.12, but at this point it offers nothing but INFERIOR performance and lower stability.

15.12 is the best version for cards prior to the Fury as it offers both the best performance AND the highest stability.

I am not sure which version works best for the Fury/FuryX/Nano.

16.10.1 is overall the best version for the RX 4xx series cards and also works well with the older R9/R7/HD7xxx series cards, offering almost the same performance as the 15.12 series but being recent enough to work with the RX 4xx series.

I don't have any RX 5xx series cards, so I have no idea which version works with those, but so far in all of my testing NONE of the "relive" (16.12 and later) drivers offer comparable performance to 16.10.1 or 15.12

@dadoremix #789 is there detailing how GUI stats dont match webstats.

@QuintLeo The message you see to update driver is from Claymore's miner. He does indeed need to update that message. You are right about your research. anything from 16.xx.xx to 16.12.xx is good for RX 4xx and 5xx
