It looks like cudadevicedetection.exe is unable to start, are you running a 64-bit version of Windows? You can try reinstalling drivers and making sure Windows is up to date

Hijacking this bug but I have the same problem. But it always work after just closing the miner and restarting it. Also it seems to happen randomly usually works, but sometime i get can not detect any devices.

@zeuz542 do you get a similar error pop up as in the first screenshot? (Which I believe says something along the lines of cannot open CudaDeviceDetection.exe, bad image. Click OK to close the program.)

No the popup says, No supported devices are found. Select the OK button for help or cancel to continue.

I get this error occasionally too when NHML is set to autostart with windows - if I quit then restart, CUDA detection is fine:

I have similar issue it seems. Radeon 5800 series - first run I got message to update drivers. Once I did it can't find any supported device :( log attached with screenshot. Restart not helping. log.txt

@mataanek it seems your card is a 5800 mobility series, which isn't officially supported (it's not gonna make more than a couple cents anyway, a desktop 5870 is barely over 10 cents or so)

@luongk For some reason the CUDA detection exe is not returning anything, it could be an error to where NHML is starting up in. You could try moving to a different folder (and rechecking open with windows)
