1.9.1.5 - GMiner start/stop/restart, won't mine #1588

I can't get GMiner to work on this computer. I have it running on another no problem. Here is what the log file says:

Can this be fixed? My other computer is definitely making more money mining with this algorithm right now than MTP.

What GPU is this? Is it primary GPU? How much RAM does it have?

It will be easier pinpoint the problem.

I have a 1660 TI and a 1660 in this machine. CPU is Ryzen 2700, if that matters at all. I have 2 Intel based machines that I don't have this problem with so it makes it seem relevant.

1660 TI is primary and 1660 is just used for mining. It happens on both. I will be providing the log file shortly. I am most concerned about GMiner but I also can't run BMiner.

I downloaded 1.9.2.6 and I am still experiencing this same issue with GMiner algos.
