Feature Request: Mine run sheduler #101

Good thing is make mine scheduler for day and hours (matrix) nhm_shedule_matrix

@gsoft This is a nice recommendation! We have solar at our place, so it would be nice to be able to setup a schedule to only mine during the day when electricity is free. The miner application can remain open, but simply Stop and Start at the set times. (Linked to PC time?)

Yep! We also have a three-rate payment. I think with Start / Stop, or rather "working hours" is more than enough within a week. The matrix is convenient and visually and in control, but the design behind the authors, the main - is a functional (naturally, regional time).
