actually this isn't a bug, rather a feature. AMD Radeon software implements what is called "0 fan" setting. Which means that below a certain temperature, the fan won't spin. However once it reaches that threashold temperature, it will start spinning. This feature (for the moment) can de desactivated in radeon software.
Describe the bug Sometimes when NiceHash has to restart (reboot or crash or driver crash), it is starting all of the cards but the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT has no Fan speed set. (regardless if I save settings, etc...) This runs the card hot until it crashes the system. My AMD Radeon RX6900 XT seems to keep it's fan settings (or at least runs them).
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior A default fan speed set or verified to avoid running the card hot, crashing and creating a loop.
