I've managed in the end, but for the others it might be good to write it in the README:
for older glibc the '-ltr' option will be needed (ccmake or edit link.txt) to get rid of the "thread.cpp:(.text+0x415): undefined reference to `clock_gettime'" error
I've used gcc 5.2 - built from source
cmake 3.8.2 and and boost 1.62
don't forget to chmod +x fasm before running assemble.sh
after extracting, rename the directory to 'nheqminer' otherwise the build will fail (building shoud be done from separate directoy)
