Connection reset by peer #326

For one month it was ok, but now 3 days in arrow, when try to start i get the connection error. After changing server to Europe, it works for maybe 5 mins, then again gives the same error. ANy help would be appriciated. Read all the threads, no help at all. First day was thinking maybe server is down, but that was not the issue.

That's not nheqminer. It clearly says xmrig in your screenshot.

I just download NiceHash Miner Legacy v1.8.1.4, and when you run it, it pops up this xmrig. What to do to get back to nheqminer?

I have exact same issue, When I run the NH on more than one computer. I am using Miner Legacy, and I have the issue for both xmrig & xmr-stak-cpu

When I use the NH with another Public IP address then works well, have you any IP address blocking?

I had similar issues, a restart of my modem fixed the issue (ISP provides a new public IP at restart of modem - BELGIUM - Proximus)

I did what sstrouven did, and it worked fine for 1 hour. Then the connection was reset again. Does anybody knows why it got reset again?

Please note that if your miner does not send any share in 5 minutes your connection will be temporary blocked.

Difficulty for mining Cryptonight is very high at the moment, because a lot of miners are mining it and miners with better hardware get shares faster than you.
