Hidden wiki dependency: calc #87

Trying to request localhost:8000/wiki/index.creole would block my browser (Iceweasel under ratpoison on debian jessie/sid) indefinitely with an error in Emacs' messages buffer saying buffer *Calculator* could not be found. The fix was manually to call M-x calc in Emacs (24.3.1 built from the release tarball) before retrying in the browser.

My Emacs config is extremely heavyweight, so this issue may not be easy to replicate -- it may be an artefact of my config, IOW. OTOH, maybe the wiki engine needs to preflight calc explicitly in some way.

It should come from org-table via creole.
