A way to query Emacs for which Marmalade version is installed?

Is there are constant or function we can use to programmatically discover which version of Marmalade is installed? Is Marmalade versioned?

Marmalade is a repository, not a package. It's never "installed", only used as a source of packages.

Ah, thank you. I was wondering if Marmalade was like RubyGems, in that it had its own version info that might be relevant for bug reporting.
