Register me as one of owners of twittering-mode.el to update it. #53

The twittering-mode.el has been released at May 7, but the package on Marmalade is 2.0.0, which was released on 2011.

If my Marmalade account cvmat is registered as an owner of the twittering-mode.el package, I will update it.

@cvmat did you ever update twittering-mode on marmalade-repo? I can close this off if you did?

It's even easier to do this now because you can just use the marmalade-client to do it from your emacs.
