csv-mode seems outdated (and does not parse) #62

The csv-mode.el at http://marmalade-repo.org/packages/csv-mode keeps overwriting the current (elpa) csv-mode, and the elisp there does not even parse. Could it be removed?

Note: the marmalade version has a higher version number than the ELPA version. That's why it's problematic.
