'predictive' package fails to install #69

Install fails with the following error:

Warning: premature EOF parsing tar file
package-untar-buffer: Package does not untar cleanly into directory predictive-0.19.5/

I'm not certain who put the package on marmalade, though it isn't the upstream maintainer Dr. T.S. Cubitt (I asked him).

It also turns out that the version on marmalade is horribly out of date, the current tarball release being version 0.24. Furthermore, it would seem that the tarballed package is also rather out of date, with the git version periodically getting updates. Either one would be a nice upgrade since version 0.19.3 is 4 years and 3 months old, according to git.
