Provide TLS Encryption for Marmalade package server #75

This is more of a feature request for the package hosting. I realize the downsides with respect to server load when requiring TLS encryption. However, I would still like to request the option for pulling down packages from Marmalade using TLS encryption.

I'd be interested in hearing if this is a load issue or something else. Getting a certificate is not zero administration. Configuring web servers require some time too, especially if you haven't done that before.

I will do this as soon as I've got new marmalade live. We're getting close.
