Outdated DB Schema #9

Database schema is still the outdated version and the testing data should be purged. We should update the schema and data immediately and run previously utilized unit test on existing functionalities.

db schema struct updated after normalization, schema init file for postgres has reflected the changes fixed in 96b68f73f2898d9d2ea4979e5782a8a697cc540a
